- Cancelled subscriptions: If you end a subscription, we keep relevant customer and website information for no longer than 6 months where needed for reactivation, support, account closure or to help ensure a smooth transition to a new website provider before deletion.
- Website onboarding forms: When you fill out a website onboarding form, we keep those details on file for up to 3 months to allow smooth communication during the onboarding process. After that, the details are either transferred to our secure customer information database if you become a customer, or permanently deleted if they are no longer needed.
- Legal, billing or dispute records: Some records may need to be kept longer where required for legal, tax, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
6. How We Store and Protect Information
We store customer information in secure systems and take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

We do not need payment details to begin a free website preview build. If you approve a website and choose to start a monthly plan, payment may be handled through a third-party payment provider.
We do not intentionally store full card details in our own website database.
