Tylabs Media Terms

Terms of Service.

These terms explain how our free website build process, monthly website plans, revisions, payments and cancellations work.

Last updated: 16 May 2026
Plain-English terms.

These terms are written to be clear and practical. They should still be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before you rely on them as formal legal terms.

1. Who We Are

These terms apply to services provided by Tylabs Media. We design, build, host, maintain and support websites for businesses on a monthly subscription basis.

You can contact us at support@dinningtonhub.co.uk.

2. Free Website Build Process

The customer begins by completing our onboarding form. This gives us information about the business, services, goals, preferred style and any existing online presence.

We then build a website preview for free and with no obligation. No payment details are required to begin the preview build.

When the preview is ready, we send the customer a private preview link. The customer may review the website, request reasonable changes and decide whether they want to continue.

Only when the customer is happy with the preview do we send a payment link. Once the first monthly payment is made, we prepare the website to go live and change the preview URL to the customer’s agreed business URL.

3. Monthly Plans and Included Costs

Our website plans run on a rolling month-to-month basis. There is no long fixed contract unless agreed separately in writing.

What you see is what you pay. The agreed monthly plan includes the website service, hosting, maintenance and included support for that plan. We do not add hidden fees for standard hosting or maintenance included within your package.

The only exception is where the customer requests something outside the agreed plan, such as unusually large custom features, third-party paid services, premium domains, specialist integrations or work beyond the fair use limits. We will not charge extra for this without discussing it first.

4. Cooling-Off Period and Early Cancellation Charge

Where a statutory 14-day cooling-off period applies, the customer may cancel within that period in line with their legal rights. These terms do not remove or reduce any statutory rights the customer may have.

If a website plan is cancelled after the 14-day cooling-off period but within the first 3 months of the paid plan starting, a £75 early cancellation charge may apply. This charge helps cover hosting, setup time and labour costs already invested in launching and maintaining the website.

This charge does not apply where we agree otherwise in writing, or where applying it would conflict with the customer’s statutory rights.

5. Revisions, Amendments and Fair Use

Customers can request changes or amendments at any time. All changes are subject to our fair use policy and the limits of the customer’s selected plan.

  • Starter One-Page and Business 4-Page plans: 1 revision per month included.
  • Growth 10-Page + SEO plan: up to 3 revisions per month included.
  • Unlimited Pro plan: up to 10 revisions per month included, up to 3 extra pages added each month, plus up to 4 additional blog posts per month if required.

Unused revisions do not roll over unless agreed separately. Very large rebuilds, complex new features, custom systems or requests outside fair use may require a separate quote.

6. Plan Changes

Our plans are designed to be affordable for different business budgets. Customers can request to switch between plans at any time by contacting us at support@dinningtonhub.co.uk.

Plan changes may take effect immediately or from the next billing period depending on the work required and the customer’s current billing status.

7. Cancellations

Customers may cancel a rolling monthly plan by contacting us by email. Cancelled plans will continue until the end of the paid monthly period, after which the cancellation begins and the website service may be unpublished.

We do not normally provide refunds for unused days within a paid monthly period unless required by law or agreed separately in writing.

8. Failed Payments

If a monthly payment fails, we provide a grace period of 7 days. During this time, the customer can update payment details or settle the outstanding payment.

If payment is not received within the 7-day grace period, we may temporarily unpublish, suspend or restrict the website until the account is brought up to date.

9. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate business information, service details, images, text, branding, contact details and any legal information required for their website.

The customer must have the right to use any content, images, logos, trademarks or materials they provide to us. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that their website content, business claims, pricing, services and legal notices are accurate and lawful.

10. Website Content, Ownership and Hosting

Unless agreed otherwise, Tylabs Media provides the website as a managed monthly service. Hosting, maintenance and included support are part of the active subscription.

The customer owns the business information, copy, logos, images and materials they provide. Tylabs Media may retain ownership of its own design systems, code libraries, workflows, templates, tools and internal build methods.

If a plan is cancelled, the website may be unpublished at the end of the paid period. Any transfer, export or handover request must be agreed separately in writing and may be subject to reasonable technical limitations or additional costs.

11. Domains and Website URLs

When a customer approves their website and starts the paid plan, we will connect or set up the agreed business URL where possible.

Domain names are subject to availability and third-party registry rules. Standard domain setup or connection may be included where agreed, but premium domains, unusual extensions, third-party charges or specialist DNS work may require separate approval before any extra cost is incurred.

12. Free Dinnington Hub Advert

Where available, Tylabs Media may offer a free advert through Dinnington Hub for customers whose businesses serve Sheffield, Rotherham, Worksop or surrounding areas.

This advert is offered as an additional benefit and does not form a guaranteed paid advertising campaign unless agreed separately in writing.

13. Acceptable Use

Customers must not use our website services for unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, infringing or fraudulent activity. We may refuse or remove content that we reasonably believe creates legal, reputational, security or operational risk.

14. Liability

Tylabs Media is a website design and development provider. We build websites to the specification and instructions of our clients.

We accept no responsibility for loss, damage, disputes, claims or liability caused by the businesses we build websites for, their services, their products, their conduct, their customer relationships, or information they provide to us for publication.

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, sales, enquiries, revenue or advertising results. SEO and website performance can be affected by competition, search engine changes, customer behaviour, business reputation, content quality and many other external factors.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use of our services after an update may be treated as acceptance of the updated terms, unless a separate written agreement applies.
