Yes. Whether you choose the one-off payment or a monthly plan, we build your website to the agreed specification and revise it as necessary before taking payment. Once you’re 100% happy and approve the website, we take the one-off payment or first monthly payment, then make it live.
What is included in the £99.99 website?
A standard four-page website, bespoke design and code from our in-house developers, a responsive layout, enquiry functionality and SEO foundations. Revisions to the agreed build are included before approval. There is no monthly website fee for this option. Additional pages and features are quoted separately.
What do monthly website plans include?
Plans start at £14.99 per month and include your agreed website, hosting, SSL, maintenance, backups, fair-use content revisions, SEO refreshes and personal support. Your proposal confirms the scope, update allowances and service schedule before work starts.
Will my website use my own custom web address?
Yes. After approval and payment, we launch your website on your own custom domain, such as yourbusiness.co.uk. You can use an existing domain or discuss a new one with us. We confirm availability, setup, ownership, hosting and any registration or renewal costs in your proposal.
Are your websites custom coded or generated by AI?
Our in-house developers create each website from code, with the design and structure tailored to your business. We do not deliver generic, mass-produced AI websites. Your website is reviewed and revised with you before launch.
How do you help my website appear in search and AI answers?
We use clear service descriptions, descriptive titles and headings, logical internal links, semantic HTML and relevant structured data. These SEO and GEO foundations help search engines and AI-powered discovery tools understand your business. No provider can guarantee rankings or inclusion in AI-generated answers.
What happens if I want changes?

How long will my website take?

Are there minimum terms or cancellation conditions?
For monthly plans, the billing schedule, any minimum term and cancellation conditions are set out in your written proposal before you commit. The proposal also confirms tax treatment, domain and website ownership, renewals and transfer arrangements. The £99.99 one-off website does not require a monthly website subscription.
